This privacy policy explains how FTX Consult s.r.o., ID No. 14052032, with its registered office at Přemyslovská 1925/40, 130 00 Praha 3, Czech Republic (“we”), processes the personal data of visitors to ftxconsult.com and of people who contact us. Your rights
You have the right to access your personal data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict its processing, to data portability and to object to processing based on our legitimate interest. You can also lodge a complaint with the Czech data protection authority, Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů (uoou.gov.cz). The website links to third-party sites; their own privacy policies apply there.
Cookies and your choices
The website itself sets only strictly necessary cookies (Cloudflare security). Embedded Google Maps and YouTube content may set cookies of their providers when it loads; their privacy policies apply. You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings at any time.
Information we collect
When you browse the website, technical data are processed automatically: IP address, browser and device information, the pages you visit and the time of the visit. The website does not use analytics or advertising cookies. When you write to us by e-mail, we receive your name, contact details and whatever you include in the message. The website has no contact form and no user accounts. Providing personal data is voluntary, but without your contact details we cannot answer your enquiry.
How we use your information
We use your data to answer your enquiry and prepare an offer (steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), and to keep the website secure and running (our legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We keep correspondence for as long as needed to handle your request and then for the limitation periods under Czech law.
Sharing your information
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with providers that help us run the website and our communication: Cloudflare (hosting and security), Google (Maps and YouTube embeds) and our e-mail provider. Some of them may process data outside the EU/EEA; such transfers rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or on standard contractual clauses. We may also disclose data where the law requires us to.
